The Buy Box
Every product page features one seller — the Buy Box winner — chosen by a weighted score over signals we measure from real orders: customer rating, quote-delivery speed, quote→bind conversion, defect rate (failed or late orders), fleet fulfillment, and a capped sponsored boost. The weights are tuned continuously by our RSI loop from actual outcomes, and every decision is logged and auditable. Sellers can't buy the Buy Box; they can only earn most of it.
Fulfilled by Pearl (⚡ FBP) means the seller's carrier appointments are plugged directly into our executor fleet — the insurance version of FBA. FBP orders are the fastest and the most reliable, and the algorithm knows it.
